I think the overall idea of this piece was a good idea and the pose is kind of unique, you could've just done something boring but I'm glad you didn't.
I think the hand is drawn really well too, considering how hard they are.
However, I think her left arm is a bit too long, and the way is bends backward is a bit unatural. The photo below kind of demonstrates how the arm has muscles (biceps) and I think incorporating that will add more realism to this piece, while still being anime-like.

Also I'm not going to lie the light source is very confusing to me. It seems as though it's coming from the bottom, but also the sides? I'm honestly not even sure. So I think you could work on finding ONE source, or two. Maybe referencing or trying it out in real life with a lamp could work?
I notice that she's sitting at an angle and her body is slightly leaning back as if she needs a chair-- so in this case the hair should be aiming away from her and not trying to grasp her, due to gravity.
The leg that's getting the least attention could also be referenced, as the anatomy is also a little confusing? It seems too close together, as if its not a leg but rather 2 limbs.
I do like this piece but practice makes perfect!
